Dietician

Sarah Pinn

BNut & Diet, Accredited Practising Dietitian, Accredited Nutritionist

Sarah is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and an Accredited Nutritionist with over 7 years experience working in a number of settings from hospital clinical dietetics to community nutrition programs.

Sarah works in partnership with her clients to improve their dietary habits to assist in managing a variety of conditions including: type 2 diabetes, obesity, hypertension (high blood pressure), hypercholesterolemia (high cholesterol), irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), coeliac disease, inflammatory bowel disease (Crohns and Colitis), food intolerances and allergies.

Sarah is proudly a ‘weight neutral’ practitioner, who believes that weight itself should not be a focus for any dietary intervention. Instead, Sarah will assist you in understanding what healthy eating looks like, and how to make sustainable changes to your health. She endeavours to empower her clients to get off the ‘dieting band-wagon’ once and for all.

Sarah takes a special interest in gastro-intestinal disorders such as irritable bowel syndrome, and is experienced in using the low FODMAP diet to identify problem foods and improve symptoms.
